What Youll Be Doing

• Program set up and operate Haas CNC Milling machines

• Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam

• Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and machining specifications

• Select tooling speeds feeds and machining strategies

• Perform first-off inspections and quality checks

• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle times

• Maintain setup sheets tooling information and production documentation

• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on custom machine-building projects

What Were Looking For

Required

• Technical diploma in Machining Manufacturing Technology or related field

• 3 years of CNC Milling programming and operation experience

• Strong Mastercam experience

• Experience programming and operating Haas CNC Mills

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T

• Strong understanding of precision machining practices

Preferred

• Experience within custom machine building

• Manual machining experience

• AutoCAD exposure

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
