How Youll Make an Impact:  

• Manage food service operations while leading a dynamic culinary team
• Oversight of multiple food outlets and catering in addition to main kitchen operations
• Oversee cost control and budgeting
• Hire train and develop culinary team
• Use creativity in menu planning
• Drive a standard and consistency in food and food service delivery
• Create a safe inclusive workplace environment
• Build and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship including high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention; strong interpersonal relations; and foster a strong safety culture

Qualifications :

What Youll Need to Succeed: 

• Red Seal certified required
• Proven experience managing high volume Food & Beverage departments
• Ability to work to high standards policies and procedures
• Must possess strong team building skills: friendly outgoing customer service oriented
• Computer skills (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
• Experience with Human Resources
•  Valid drivers license
