Job Summary

A growing patient-centered dental practice in Ottawa ON is seeking a dedicated Certified Dental Assistant (HARP Certified) to join their clinical team. Operating with a tight-knit collaborative crew of one part-time Dentist and two full-time Hygienists this practice is actively expanding and prides itself on a supportive team environment. The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a reliable team-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate possesses excellent multitasking abilities maintains a positive attitude under pressure and is deeply committed to providing smooth high-quality support to both the dentist and our patients.

Schedule & Hours

Hours: Part-Time to Full-Time (based on the candidates needs) offering 2430 hours per week.
Shift Breakdown:
Mondays 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Tuesdays 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
(Potential for Wednesdays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Thursdayss 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Earnings: Highly competitive wage ranging from $28 $35/hour scaling directly with your level of experience and licensing.
Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental benefits are provided after a standard 3-month probationary period (applicable for team members working 20 hours per week).

What You Bring to the Team

Qualifications: HARP certification is required. A CDA Level 2 designation is highly preferred.
Experience: New Graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply! The practice is happy to support and mentor new assistants looking to build a strong clinical foundation.
Core Must-Haves: Strong clinical skills the ability to collaborate seamlessly in a team setting and excellent time management.
