Role: Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) Developer
Location: Toronto Canada (Hybrid)

Required Skills:
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel automation (mandatory)Advanced formulas (VLOOKUP XLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH)
Pivot tables dashboards and complex data modeling MacrosVBA scripting (strongly preferred)
Experience in data integration transformation and validation
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) solutions for financial reporting and disclosures
Build and enhance automation workflows for SEC filings (10-K 10-Q 8-K) and financial statements
Develop and manage data integrations between ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.) and Certent CDM Create and optimize Excel-based data models automation scripts and reusable components
Configure and customize Certent templates reports and business rules Implement data validation frameworks reconciliation logic and automated tie-outs
Collaborate with Finance Accounting and Audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Support and enhance XBRL tagging automation and filing processesIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues data inconsistencies and system defects
