Lead enterprise test automation strategy and execution across large-scale transformation programs (cloud modernization) driving an automation-first AI-enabled QE approach to improve quality speed and efficiency.
Role Descriptions:
Design develop and test software solutions based on specifications
Contribute to code reviews and promote best practices
Build tools and processes that support quality and data integrity
Implement automated tests to validate business functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system quality
Mentor developers and analysts on development and testing practices
Participate in planning backlog refinement and technical discussions
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives
Provide technical consultation across architecture analysis and business units
