ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for an Associate Manager Performance Marketing to drive the performance of our Amazon business and performance marketing budgets as well as direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels ensuring data-driven decision-making marketing optimization and revenue growth. This role will sit at the center of our digital efforts bridging marketing sales and operations to maximize impact.
As a priority channel for the Wellbeing Collective in Canada and the Liquid IV and OLLY brands we are increasing budgets resource and focus to meet our aggressive growth targets we need someone who is fluent in Amazon strategy digital marketing performance and eCommerce analytics.
This role requires close collaboration with internal teams specialist agencies and external partners to ensure the success of our Amazon website DTC and affiliate marketing initiatives.
WHAT YOULL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
Amazon & Performance Marketing
- Own and optimize Amazon sales strategy for Liquid IV and OLLY ensuring efficient spend and high ROI.
- Track spend efficiency performance metrics and competitive positioning on Amazon.
- Identify gaps risks and opportunities to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize advertising performance and drive continuous improvement.
Analytics ROI & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics ensuring investments deliver measurable results.
- Provide granular reporting on ROI marketing spend and conversion performance.
- Drive data-led decision-making across digital marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Agency Management
- Act as a bridge between marketing sales and operations ensuring alignment on digital strategies.
- Manage relationships with specialist agencies and vendors ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to track performance troubleshoot issues and scale best practices.
DTC & Website Support
- Assist leadership in website sales growth improving conversion rates and optimizing user experience.
- Support stakeholder-led initiatives focused on increasing website traffic driving sales growth and improving customer retention.
- Explore and manage affiliate marketing opportunities to drive additional revenue streams.
- Work with specialist agencies to enhance SEO paid media and digital advertising performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing eCommerce or performance marketing including 1 years of hands-on experience in Amazon analytics with proven success optimizing Amazon campaigns across marketplace strategy performance analysis and eCommerce optimization.
- Proven success as a performance-driven marketer with strong analytical skills leveraging paid media and performance analytics to interpret ROI optimize marketing spend and guide data-driven campaign and investment decisions.
- Familiarity with digital advertising strategies eCommerce trends and paid media best practices.
- Digital native mindset understands how consumers shop online and how to drive growth across digital channels.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time (domestically and internationally)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing eCommerce or performance marketing including 2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon analytics with proven success optimizing Amazon campaigns across marketplace strategy performance analysis and eCommerce optimization
- Hands-on experience in DTC performance marketing and conversion rate optimization.
- Direct experience in high-growth CPG environments.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $84000 to $110000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
