Job Summary
You will be part of an extraordinary and exciting company heavily involved in many aspects of the restaurant and lounge including building and encouraging high-performing teams upholding our tried-and-true systems and procedures and working closely with your FOH and BOH teams. Youll bring compelling ownership and vision each day continuing to set our restaurants and venues apart while maintaining a warm welcoming and rave-worthy guest experience!
The Day to Day:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations including staffing security and venue management.
- You enthusiastically communicate the restaurant and lounges vision to all team members and leads by example.
- You understand how to create foster and maintain a rave worthy bar program.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus within the building with specialized attention to beverage program.
- Assist with inventory management including beverages and supplies optimizing profits and controlling costs
- Collaborate with the management team to curate a diverse and exciting lineup of DJs live music and special events.
- You embody the O&B values daily and inspires the team with his/her exciting vision for the future
- Youre able to regularly monitors and achieves the O&B points of technical service and points of details
- Your strong suit is building and maintaining relationships with guests team members and senior management alike. You inspire the team to go above and beyond!
- You have high personal integrity business ethics and take every opportunity to promote the restaurant
- You apply and uses conflict resolution and problem solving skills and inspire others to do the same
- You stay up to date on current Toronto nightlife events trends and guest preferences to provide a unique and engaging experiences.
Qualifications :
- 4-5 Closing Shifts per week
- Experience managing high volume parties
- Open summer availability
- 2 years of management experience within the hospitality industry
- Experience running a high volume bar/lounge an asset
- Strong wine and cocktail knowledge WSET certification preferred
- Youre able to strive to hit goals and challenge yourself and your team with new goals
- You appreciate working collaboratively with a team recognizing we are stronger together
Additional Information :
Compensation: $50000 - $55000 plus gratuities
