Reporting to the Director Strategic Curriculum Development at the Smith School of Business the Assessment and Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing administration of assurance of learning frameworks across the undergraduate and graduate programs. The Assessment and Evaluation Coordinator maintains up-to-date curriculum maps aligning course-level and program-level learning outcomes with institutional degree-level expectations to support assessment and assurance of learning and is critical in ensuring Smith Business programs meet academic requirements. This work is achieved by collecting preparing and organizing documentation in support of program reviews and quality assurance activities. The role is highly data driven and is responsible for collecting organizing and maintaining data for multiple sources and prepares data summaries and reports for senior staff and academic leadership. The Assessment and Evaluation Coordinator required a high degree of analytical thinking strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Gathers information on course requirements to support curriculum development.
Develops new procedures to support compliance with policy.
Provides advice and guidance on curriculum standards and procedures.
Acts as a point of contact and liaison with other departments and external organizations.
Participates in the review amendment and implementation of applicable program specifications policies and procedures.
Directs allocates and supervises the work of other staff
Prepares minutes briefing notes correspondence reports presentations proposals and other short and long term planning documents.
Other duties as required in support of the department and/or unit.
Required Education
Four-Year Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Required Experience
More than 5 years of experience.
Experience working at a post-secondary education institution considered an asset.
Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
