Overview

In this role you will help plan and deliver engaging internal communications initiatives aligned with global business objectives collaborating with teams across regions and functions.
Your Role
- Support the planning execution and measurement of internal communications initiatives and campaigns
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide day-to-day communications support
- Draft edit and coordinate content across internal channels such as intranet newsletters and videos
- Support internal events through logistics coordination and content development
- Maintain and improve communication processes tools and templates
- Track progress and contribute to reporting on communications activities and performance
- Uphold the companys brand voice and visual identity for internal audiences
About You
- Ability to deliver clear engaging and consistent internal communications
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both French and English
- Ability to use storytelling to create impactful narratives across channels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
- Aptitude for using digital tools such as SharePoint Canva or Asana
* Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French namely English as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
