Are you a Polish speaker based in or willing to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria We are hiring a Solutions Consultant to join a talented multicultural team supporting customers of an internationally renowned brand with expertise and care.
As a Solutions Consultant you will be more than a customer service agent you will be a trusted advisor guiding Polish-speaking customers through complex situations and delivering solutions that leave a lasting positive impression. Your responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound Polish-language contacts via phone chat and email
- Understand customer needs deeply and propose tailored effective solutions
- Manage complex or escalated cases with patience and professionalism
- Record all interactions accurately in internal systems
- Contribute to a positive results-driven team culture
What we are looking for:
- Polish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
- English: working proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer outcomes
- Available to work on-site in Sofia
