Your responsibilities:
Respond to inbound Polish-language contacts via phone chat and email
Understand customer needs deeply and propose tailored effective solutions
Manage complex or escalated cases with patience and professionalism
Record all interactions accurately in internal systems
Contribute to a positive results-driven team culture
What we are looking for:
Polish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
English: working proficiency
Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer outcomes
Available to work on-site in Sofia
