Your responsibilities:
Handle inbound Norwegian-language customer contacts with professionalism
Identify root causes of issues and propose effective lasting solutions
Manage customer expectations clearly and transparently
Escalate complex situations to the appropriate teams when necessary
Contribute to team performance through knowledge-sharing and collaboration
What we are looking for:
Norwegian: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
English: solid working proficiency
Proactive consultative approach to customer interactions
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Available to work on-site in Sofia
