Job Summary
Are you a Danish speaker with a consultative mindset and a passion for helping people find the right solutions We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing international team in Sofia Bulgaria supporting clients of a global technology and services leader.
In this role you will combine your Danish language expertise with a solution-oriented approach guiding customers through complex queries and ensuring every interaction adds genuine value. You will be part of a collaborative multicultural team in a modern Sofia office.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle inbound Danish-language customer contacts across multiple channels
- Diagnose customer needs and provide clear effective solutions
- Manage escalated cases with professionalism and follow-through
- Document interactions accurately and contribute to knowledge bases
- Work towards individual and team quality and satisfaction targets
What we are looking for:
- Danish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
- English: good working proficiency
- Strong listening communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage complex customer needs
- Available to work on-site in Sofia
