Are you passionate about fitness fashion and sports Do you speak fluent Dutch and love helping others find their perfect gear We are looking for an energetic Dutch Speaking Brand Ambassador to join our customer support team in Sofia representing one of the worlds most iconic and exciting sportswear this role you will connect directly with athletes fitness enthusiasts and lifestyle shoppers across the Netherlands and Belgium delivering premium customer experiences.

This is an on-site position located in our modern office in Sofia Bulgaria where you will work alongside a lively team of fellow sports fans and digital professionals.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in Dutch with a solid working proficiency in English (B2 or higher) for internal communications.
• Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Passion for the Brand: A genuine interest in sportswear footwear fitness trends or active lifestyle culture.
• Skills: Excellent communication and active listening skills empathy and a strong knack for personalized product styling or troubleshooting.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail hospitality e-commerce support or customer service is a big plus but a great attitude is what matters most!

Responsibilities

• Guide Dutch-speaking customers through their shopping journey via phone live chat and emailassisting with sizing product features and performance specifications.
• Provide quick and friendly solutions for order tracking delivery status returns exchanges and payment processing.
• Act as a true brand expert recommending specific gear shoes or apparel based on the customers fitness goals and personal style.
• Handle sensitive customer feedback or product complaints with professionalism ensuring every interaction ends on a high note.
• Keep the internal database updated with detailed notes on customer interactions and product feedback to help improve future collections.
