Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor

Are you a Dutch speaker with a passion for helping people We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the vibrant city of Sofia. You will be the voice of a world-renowned corporate travel platform ensuring business travelers get where they need to go with ease and confidence.

The Role

As a Customer Advisor you arent just answering phonesyou are a problem solver and a travel facilitator. You will handle inquiries from corporate clients regarding their travel arrangements providing high-quality support in both Dutch and English.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming requests via phone email and chat from Dutch-speaking business travelers.
• Assist with bookings cancellations and modifications of flights hotels and car rentals.
• Navigate travel software and internal databases to provide accurate information.
• Proactively solve travel-related issues (e.g. delays or itinerary changes) to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy upholding the standards of a premium service provider.

Requirements

We value your attitude and language skills above all else. While previous experience in customer service or travel is a nice to have it is not a requirementwe provide full training!

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and an upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly professional tone.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple screens and learning new software quickly.
• Resilience: Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle complex travel scenarios.
• Location: Willingness to work on-site at our modern office in Sofia.
