Work Model

• On-site during the 4 four months
• Hybrid work model available after 4 months based on KPI performance (2 days remote 3 days in the office)
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
• 4-hour 6-hour and 8-hour shift options between 09:00 and 22:00

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through inbound calls
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with administrative and technical questions related to products and billing
• Update customer information in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases when required
• Identify sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience

• Fluent German (spoken and written)
