What You Will Do
In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to our business clients helping them optimize their workflows and maximize the value of our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing client requirements business workflows and technical pain points to recommend tailored solutions.
Delivering engaging product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Nordic market.
Acting as the primary technical and functional point of contact during the client onboarding and implementation phases.
Collaborating closely with sales product and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Troubleshooting high-level functional inquiries and providing strategic guidance to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in Danish plus excellent professional communication skills (B2/C1) in English.
Right to Work: You must hold an EU Passport or a valid unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
Experience: Previous experience in technical support customer success account management or B2B consulting is highly valued.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking exceptional presentation skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
A background or strong interest in IT SaaS or corporate business solutions is a major advantage.
