About the Role Are you passionate about sales client relationships and helping businesses grow We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join an international team in Sofia Bulgaria.
In this role you will work with B2B clients helping them maximize their business potential through strategic marketing solutions and account management. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy sales communication and building long-term client partnerships in a dynamic international environment.
Main Responsibilities
Reconnect with former clients and encourage reactivation of services and products
Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships
Understand client goals and provide tailored marketing recommendations
Develop strategies to grow accounts and increase client investment
Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth
Communicate with clients via phone email and online meetings
Stay updated on products industry trends and best practices
Achieve quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client success
Requirements
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Strong understanding of sales processes and account management
Previous experience in sales customer service or outsourcing environments
Experience with value-based selling is considered an advantage
Marketing knowledge or background is a plus
Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian residence/work permit is required
Salary & Benefits
2103.60 gross/month
1551.70 quarterly performance bonus
Hybrid work model:
On-site on Wednesdays & Thursdays
Remote work on remaining days
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
10:00 19:00
Relocation Package
10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included)
Travel reimbursement up to 250 after 6 months
Monthly transportation/internet allowance
