About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch & English-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join our international team in Sofia.

You will assist customers with orders deliveries shipments and logistics-related questions while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Provide customer support in Dutch and English.

* Assist with orders deliveries and shipment inquiries.

* Track shipments and help resolve delivery issues.

* Provide customers with clear and accurate updates.

* Work with internal teams to resolve customer requests.

Requirements

* Fluent Dutch and good English.

* Strong communication and customer-service skills.

* Good computer skills.

* Organized and solution-oriented.

* Previous customer service or logistics experience is an advantage.
