The Role
Senior individual contributor leading complex sensitive and high-risk performance accountability cases across regions
Acts as SME partnering with managers HRBPs Legal and regional leaders to ensure consistent and compliant outcomes
Drives high-quality case management across both informal and formal performance stages
Contributes to defining standards improving processes and tools and enhancing overall function effectiveness
Mentors and supports Specialists to strengthen capability and consistency across the team
What you will do (responsabilities):
Lead end-to-end management of complex high-risk performance cases (senior cross-border sensitive scenarios)
Advise on performance standards policy interpretation documentation and case strategy
Partner with Legal and regional SMEs to ensure compliance with local requirements
Guide leaders through challenging performance decisions and high-stakes communications
Review PFIs and case documentation to ensure consistency quality and objectivity
Apply strong judgment and risk assessment in sensitive employee matters
Support critical communications including complex cases and exit processes
Coach and mentor HR/COE team members on case management and best practices
Identify trends risks and improvement opportunities across cases
Analyze KPIs and case data to generate insights and support leadership decisions
Support training and enablement for HR and leaders with practical guidance
Contribute to improvements in tools workflows and reporting for scalability and efficiency
Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
Bachelors degree in HR Business Psychology or related field (or equivalent professional experience);
Fluency in English and in Portuguese languages; Solid experience in HR/Employee Relations or Performance Management including handling formal performance cases and PFIs ( Plan for Improvement );
Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks including documentation standards case strategy and risk assessment;
Experience with HRIS or case management tools (preferably Workday) including workflows and reporting;
Ability to partner with Legal on sensitive matters and translate compliance into clear guidance for leaders and HR;
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders;
Proven ability to coach and mentor HR or COE team members
What can you give a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Global HR/Employee Relations experience across regions navigating diverse legal frameworks and cultures
Experience building or scaling centralized HR (COE) functions including process design and implementation
Involvement in training development change management and communications for HR and leaders
Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and influence stakeholders in evolving environments
Knowledge of performance processes (e.g. calibration DNM) and related metrics/policies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to insights and improvements
High discretion sound judgment and resilience in handling sensitive and confidential matters
