Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver analytical reports and insights aligned with agreed service levels.
Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable business recommendations.
Manage analytical projects using a structured project management approach.
Ensure high-quality accurate and timely delivery of all assignments.
Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
Build and maintain knowledge repositories and reporting documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
Participate in knowledge-sharing onboarding and team capability-building initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes reporting and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
Essential Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Life Sciences Analytics Statistics or a related field.
Experience in analytics reporting project management or business operations.
Experience working within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering against deadlines.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation methodologies.
Fluent English communication skills written and verbal.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with Alteryx or similar analytics and automation platforms.
Knowledge of marketing analytics digital marketing or commercial excellence processes.
