What Youll Do
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline through active prospecting (outreach networking referrals and research).
Conduct outbound activities such as cold calling emailing and LinkedIn engagement to connect with decision-makers.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and identifying potential fit with technology solutions.
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities leads and pipeline progress.
Build relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations (clinics hospitals healthcare providers).
Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in lead generation prospecting or business development.
Strong hunter profile with a track record of creating opportunities from scratch.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly proactive self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in fast-paced performance-driven environments.
Professional level of English; Spanish is a plus.
