Summary
Support the engineering team in new product development and continuous improvement activities working closely with experienced engineers to develop technical skills through handson involvement with design models and drawings.
Job Responsibilities
- Support experienced engineers in new development projects and continuous improvement of existing engineering solutions;
- Participate in handson engineering activities including design modeling and preparation of technical drawings;
- Assist in solving technical challenges using a proactive and solutionoriented approach;
- Contribute to engineering documentation and technical analysis as required by the projects;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a professional engineering environment.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering undergraduate program.
Experience:
Not mandatory
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical interest in pursuing an engineering career;
- Basic understanding of fundamental mechanical design principles;
- Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop engineering skills;
- Availability to work 30 hours per week in Macaé.
Differentials
- Experience with 3D design tools (knowledge of Creo / ProENGINEER is an advantage);
- Experience preparing 2D technical drawings (knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Familiarity with Copilot AI or other AI productivity tools.
