Meet your team
The Global Partner Operations (GPO) team is responsible for enabling and managing SAPs partner ecosystem across the region. The team oversees channel strategy partner enablement and demand generation activities acting as a central hub for partner communication training coordination and event execution. By managing the operational backbone of SAPs partner network the GPO team ensures that partners are equipped informed and engaged to drive business results. As part of this team you will gain hands-on exposure to channel management processes partner programs and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and international environment.
What youll do:
As a member of the GPO team you will support channel management and partner operations activities contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of SAPs partner ecosystem.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Maintain and update the Channels Matrixthe strategic control framework that tracks partner channel activities competencies and areas of expertise
- Coordinate and execute partner training sessions and workshops including system setup invitation management follow-up and attendance tracking
- Support the development and management of partner enablement plans and analyze their relationship to demand generation outcomes
- Monitor and track all partner demand generation campaigns to ensure alignment with regional and global objectives
- Manage partner communication channelspreparing and distributing key communications (global regional and local) confirming receipt consolidating partner inquiries for bulk responses and ensuring full information acknowledgment
- Plan and execute events designed for and with partners managing logistics from planning through delivery
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the GPO team
What you bring:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors degree program in Business Administration Marketing Communications International Relations or related fields
- Graduation expected within approximately 24 months
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English; Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with initiative perseverance and genuine curiosity
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a collaborative solutions-oriented attitude
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.)
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and the practical use of AI-powered productivity tools
- Interest in partner ecosystems channel operations and business administration processes
