As a Workplace Coach youll support people with disability in maintaining meaningful employment by providing tailored on-the-job coaching that responds to both individual and employer needs. Your role is dynamic and people-focusedbuilding confidence resolving workplace challenges and fostering sustainable employment through strong relationships and practical support.

• the ability to work autonomously alongside a high-performing team
• Qualifications in Certificate III in Employment Services Community Services Disability Services or similar or a willingness to complete a formal qualification fully supported by Status as part of your employment journey with us
