- Monday - Friday with shifts between the hours of 6.30am-7.15pm.

Are you a master organiser with an eye for detail and a passion for making a meaningful difference Look no further than Rocky Bay where we are a leading disability service provider. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Workforce Officer to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional care for our clients.
As a Workforce Officer you will be responsible for maintaining efficient rosters that align with our customer needs and staff availability. Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to think strategically will be invaluable in ensuring seamless operations across our Support Worker workforce.
In this dynamic role you will have the opportunity to:

Respond quickly and effectively to fill urgent vacancies across our support accommodation and community hubs
- Creatively roster while considering multiple factors such as award conditions support worker availability and hierarchy of rostering
- Communicate & collaborate with support workers Team Leaders and Service Managers to provide best practice solutions for customers
- Work with Skedulo software system to roster staff implement billing processes and manage and maintain reports
- Work alongside HR Community admin and other departments
To thrive in this role you will possess excellent problem-solving abilities strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. A background in rostering workforce planning or a related field is welcome but not essential along with proficient computer skills.
