Position Summary:
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and assist with the restaurant service period tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Answer guest questions regarding all beverage related items including but not limited to origin vintage and style of various wines.
- Serve and connect with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
- Understand guest requirements delivering service excellence with each guest experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly professional manner.
- Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.
- Adhere to all health safety and hygiene regulations and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Ensure prompt accurate service with high standards of presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen bar housekeeping and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Take and process food and beverage orders offer recommendations and address guest inquiries or concerns.
About You:
- An up-to-date Victorian RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Wine Knowledge
- Ability to prepare essential cocktails
- Working rights in Australia
- Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
