Your main duties will include:
- Providing practical WHS advice and support to leaders and teams to ensure compliance manage risk and promote a strong safety culture across healthcare settings
- Facilitating incident investigations risk assessments and audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce harm and improve outcomes
- Delivering safety coaching and engagement activities to build capability and embed safe work practices across hospital and care environments

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum)
- Demonstrated experience in WHS roles ideally within healthcare or high-risk environments
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and guide leaders in achieving safety outcomes
