The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a WHS Coordinator to join the business on a 12-month fixed term contract supporting the HSEQ Manager across a broad range of responsibilities during a period of parental leave coverage.

  • Maintaining WHS systems registers records and reporting

  • Supporting WHS policies procedures and document control

  • Assisting with contractor checks and compliance documentation

  • Supporting incident reporting investigations and corrective actions

  • Assisting with risk assessments and SWMS reviews

  • Preparing for audits inspections and evidence collection

  • Coordinating training records inductions and WHS communications

  • Assisting with toolbox talks and WHS meetings

  • Supporting site safety activities including occasional site visits to renewable energy projects across Eastern Australia

  • Providing general WHS administration support to the HSQE Manager

About You


You will be highly organised proactive and confident working with systems processes and compliance documentation. You will enjoy juggling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced project-driven environment.

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline highly regarded

  • Experience in a WHS Coordinator WHS Officer Safety Administrator or similar role

  • White Card First Aid and CPR preferred

  • ICAM or incident investigation training experience

  • High proficiency across MS Office programs

  • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience with contractor management incident reporting platforms audits SWMS or construction/renewable energy environments will be highly regarded
