About the Role

Due to ongoing growth in our Wholesale Banking business across Australia and New Zealand we are seeking an Wholesale Banking Credit Analyst to join our Portfolio Management team. This is a front-line credit role embedded in deal teams where you will partner closely with Relationship Managers Product Specialists and Risk to support originationstructuringand ongoing management of complex lending transactions.

In this role you will play a critical part in enabling the banks strategic growth ambitions whilemaintaininga disciplined and robust risk framework. You will have exposure to a high-quality diversified wholesale portfolio and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative high-performing team within an established and expanding franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Application Preparation & Risk Assessment

• Prepare clearconciseand high-quality credit submissions in line with Rabobanks credit risk policies underwriting standards and risk appetiteAnalyse business non-financial and sustainability risks including sector dynamics

• Undertake detailed financial analysis including historical performanceforecastsand sensitivities

• Assess group structures legalentitiesand counterparty risk

• Determineand support key credit risk parameters such as PD and LGD

Client Monitoring & Portfolio Management

• Complete annualclientcredit reviewsand ongoing portfolio monitoring including covenant compliance and special conditions

• Proactivelyidentifyand respond to emerging client or portfolio risksContribute to portfolio insightsreviewsand continuous improvement initiatives

Tobe successful you will have:

Qualificationsand Experience

Degree in FinanceAccountingor a related discipline; postgraduate qualification desirableMinimum 5 years experience in a wholesale or institutional banking environment within credit analysis creditapprovalor portfolio management

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong credit and risk assessment capability with sound commercial judgement

• High-quality financial analysis and structured problem-solving skills

• Confident written and verbal communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders

• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset

• Proactive detail-orientedand able to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
