Develop personalised engagement plans for residents celebrating their unique backgrounds preferences and passions. Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful daily interactions with residents. Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility independence and overall quality of life. Be the creative driver behind a vibrant community culture where every resident can Youll Need: A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences. Experience in program coordination lifestyle wellbeing or a similar role (aged care highly regarded). Excellent creativity organisation and communication skills. Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team. A relevant qualification in health aged care community services or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.
