Working independently or with limited support the Weekend Chef ensures meals are delivered on time food safety standards are upheld and the kitchen operates smoothly during weekend service. Support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service. Help maintain the highest standards of food safety kitchen hygiene and compliance. Step up and lead sections of the kitchen developing your supervisory skills. Contribute ideas to menus and help create a dining experience that brings joy to our Youll Need: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience. Several years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
