Water Resources Engineer
Job Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Water Resources professional to join our multidisciplinary Sydney team.
By joining our team you will work on the most transformative projects and have access to mentoring and guidance from our industry-leading specialists. You will also be provided with opportunities to collaborate across interstate and international offices as part of the broader Water Resources sector.
How youll make a difference
- Be part of a high-performing team delivering hydrologic and hydraulic modelling drainage design and integrated water management solutions with a strong focus on technical excellence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across a range of geographies to deliver integrated outcomes.
- Contribute to an exciting and diverse portfolio of projects across all market sectors including energy transport water environment and government across NSW and Australia.
- Support the preparation of tenders and proposals.

Qualifications :
The qualities that help you thrive
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering discipline Water Resource Management or Environmental Science/Hydrology and 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience with water resource modelling and design tools such as TUFLOW DRAINS HECRAS (1D and 2D) RORB XPRAFTS and URBS along with a working knowledge of industry standards and guidelines.
- Strong client focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and adaptable with the ability to work both independently and within teams and contribute effectively to projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
