Position Purpose

Clarendon Homes part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) one of Australias leading residential construction and property development companies is seeking a Services & Warranty Coordinator to join our Loganholme QLD team.

As the Service & Warranty Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of the warranty process from post-handover through to defect resolution. You will ensure customers receive timely updates issues are resolved efficiently and internal systems are accurately maintained. By leading trade coordination managing workflow and directly supporting customers YOU will play a key role in enhancing the warranty experience and driving operational efficiency.

What youll do:

• Manage the full workflow for assigned warranty jobs from initiation to completion.
• Monitor ClickHome tasks daily updating progress notes and job statuses.
• Review vendor reports and ensure tasks are actioned within agreed service levels.
• Raise code and approve purchase orders in line with company policy.
• Identify and escalate overdue or stalled tasks to the Service & Warranty Manager
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their warranty journey.
• Make 30-day welcome calls and provide clear guidance on the 90-day process.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues where required.
• Liaise with trades and suppliers to schedule works and follow up on completions.
• Provide clear instructions and documentation to trades to prevent delays or rework.
• Track and follow up on outstanding quotes or pending works until closure.
• Monitor trends or recurring issues from trades and flag them for reporting.
• Participate actively in weekly workflow meetings providing updates and insights.

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role or proven experience in a coordination or administrative role preferably in construction property or customer service solid experience in a coordination or administrative role preferably in construction property or customer service or
• Experience in liaising with trades suppliers and customers.
• Familiarity with service delivery metrics and managing task workflows
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Word Excel)
• Experience with ClickHome SharePoint or similar job management systems (desirable).
• Understanding of residential construction and warranty processes (desirable).
• Proactive and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator able to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Detail-focused and organised with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Team-oriented collaborative and committed to continuous improvement
