Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in leading daily warehouse operations ensuring safety efficiency and service excellence across the warehouse function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys developing teams improving processes and contributing to the success of a growing logistics business.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure work is completed safely accurately and on time.
Lead and support warehouse staff providing guidance training and direction as required.
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and daily warehouse workloads.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure warehouse records are kept up to date.
Monitor housekeeping and safety standards across the warehouse.
Assist the Warehouse Manager with workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor Team Leader or similar warehouse leadership role.
Current Forklift Licence (essential).
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead coach and develop teams supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
