Warehouse Operations Support

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Operations Support professionals to for our large client base offast-paced logistics organisations.

We have a number of opportunities available on contract including a Timeslot Allocatorand Freight Coordinator.

These roles are critical to the coordination ofinbound and outbound freight managing delivery schedules liaising with transport providers and supporting warehouse operations to meet customer and business requirements

Depending on the contract responsibilities may include:

• Allocate and managing timeslots allocations in large DCs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements.
• Liaise with transport carriers drivers customers and warehouse personnel.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve freight delays or issues.
• Ensure all freight documentation is accurate and completed on time.
• Maintain transport and warehouse management systems.
• Support inventory movement and warehouse operational planning.
• Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Assist with reporting data entry and operational administration tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in freight coordination transport scheduling warehouse administration or logistics support.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate computer skills including experience with warehouse transport or ERP systems.
• A positive team-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
