ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a hands-on full-cycle warehouse role at the centre of Pixii Australias daily operations. You will be the primary execution resource within the Warehouse team working directly under the Warehouse Manager to keep materials inventory and production support running smoothly across our Brisbane facility.
As Warehouse Officer you will own the physical and administrative operating cycle of the warehouse end-to-end from inbound receiving through to outbound dispatch production kitting inventory and RMA-related management system administration and logistics documentation. At Pixiis current scale this means real breadth: no two days look the same and you will be trusted to manage competing priorities without close supervision.
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow with the business. RESPONSIBILITIES
Goods Inwards & Outwards
Receive inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
Ensure all goods received and dispatched are correctly documented in the ERP system and physically labelled.
Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to manage timely inbound deliveries and outbound collections.
Assist with supplier coordination and freight comparisons to support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager with purchasing and logistics decisions.
ERP WMS & System Administration
Accurately record all stock movements in the ERP/WMS (Datapel) system in real time receipts picks transfers and dispatches.
Process inbound and outbound orders promptly and ensure picking packing and shipping transactions are correctly closed out.
Maintain and update PTS (Project Tracking System) records and shipment status for all active jobs.
Manage HubSpot records for RMA cases customer returns and service-related logistics activities.
Support task management for warehouse-related activities (via ClickUp) as directed by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
Prepare standard warehouse reports covering stock levels shipment status and RMA activity as required.
Stock & Inventory Control
Manage stock lifecycle end-to-end: receiving put-away picking packing and dispatch.
Monitor stock levels across all SKUs and raise replenishment requests to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager before shortages occur.
Assist with purchasing request preparation and consumables budget tracking to support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
Conduct regular consumable stock checks and notify the Warehouse & Logistics Manager to prevent production disruptions.
Coordinate and participate in periodic stocktakes and inventory reconciliation activities.
Maintain inventory accuracy within the ERP system identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Production & Project Support
Prepare and stage material kits for manufacturing and project teams in line with production schedules.
Operate forklift equipment to move heavy cabinets and assemblies between production stages as required.
Manage and maintain dedicated project staging areas to ensure materials are pre-positioned for production handover.
Perform frequent stock checks to confirm material availability ahead of active project builds.
Liaise directly with project managers production supervisors engineers and technicians to anticipate and fulfil material requirements.
Warehouse Organisation & Housekeeping
Maintain the warehouse in a clean organised and safe condition always.
Organise warehouse layout and storage areas to support efficient material flow and production operations.
Ensure work areas are free of hazards and that materials are stored in compliance with safety standards.
Participate in shared housekeeping responsibilities across the production and workshop floor in coordination with the production team this is a shared organisational responsibility not solely a warehouse function.
Contribute to the development of warehouse standard operating procedures and process documentation to support operational consistency and knowledge transfer.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste improve material flow and optimise warehouse layout in line with lean operating principles.
Logistics Documentation & Compliance
Coordinate and maintain accurate logistics and delivery documentation for all inbound and outbound movements.
Support warehouse compliance activities including safety records induction documentation and operating procedure adherence.
Assist with customs and export documentation for international shipments as directed.
Ad Hoc & Cross-functional Support
Assist the Warehouse & Logistics Manager with additional operational and administrative tasks as required.
Support business improvement projects system implementation activities and process documentation initiatives as directed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are an experienced warehouse operator who takes ownership of their environment and gets things done without being asked twice.
Essential
Current forklift licence (LF class or equivalent).
Proven hands-on experience in warehouse operations including goods in/out kitting packing and dispatch.
Demonstrated ERP/WMS (Datapel) system proficiency accurate data entry and stock transaction processing.
Experience with logistics documentation freight coordination and shipment tracking. Competent user of HubSpot or similar CRM/project tracking platforms (or ability to learn quickly).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy particularly in a system administration and inventory context.
Self-motivated organised and capable of managing competing priorities without close supervision.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
Desirable
Experience in a low-volume high-mix manufacturing or electronics/technology OEM environment.
Familiarity with lean warehousing principles and continuous improvement practices.
Understanding of export compliance and international freight processes.
Experience with ClickUp or similar project/task management tools.
Experience with WH facility re-location and set-up activities.
Experience supporting or stepping into a supervisory or coordinator capacity.
