It enables provision of neurorehabilitation to inpatients and integrated Rehabilitation for Early Dementia (iREADi) clients (and outpatient and community clients as required) at WMH (sub-acute aged care rehabilitation); with clients presenting with a wide range of age-related disorders of cognition and behaviour associated with multi-factorial geriatric syndromes including dementia stroke Parkinsons disease acute confusion frontal syndromes and other neurological position is a permanent part time 16 hour per week CriteriaFull Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) with Endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology (or eligibility to progress towards same) along with a minimum two-year full-time APAC-accredited postgraduate Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical NeuropsychologyExtensive experience in the provision of neuropsychological assessment the interpretation of psychometric data and provision of neuropsychological reports and feedback in the context of aged experience in the assessment of decision-making capacity and demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislationAbility to provide in-depth advice and education to enhance service delivery and to guide and support others in providing service excellence with the capacity to provide clinical supervision to other staffDemonstrate high level written and verbal communication skills organisational skills and time management skillsDemonstrated experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a health settingDemonstrated experience in and commitment to quality improvement and researchAll Category A NSW Health workers are required to have received an annual seasonal Influenza vaccination or have an approved medical contraindication certificate.
