Were looking for a highly organised positive go-getter with a passion for purpose and a strong work ethic to join our team in this new role on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the National Director of Volunteers youll play a key role behind the scenes bringing order consistency and simplicity to how we support our volunteers. From aligning forms and processes to strengthening communications and compliance your work will help create a smoother more consistent experience right across St Vincents.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate volunteer administration including applications documentation with a key focus on recruitment and governance / compliance checks
- Help bring everything into one place - aligning forms communications and processes across programs
- Keep volunteer records accurate organised and audit-ready
- Support volunteer coordinators across hospitals and care services with day-to-day admin
- Assist with communications events and program activities
- Track key data and support reporting
About You
- Highly organised and detail-focused you love bringing structure and clarity
- Experience in administration or coordination (HR recruitment volunteer or community)
- Warm clear communicator who builds positive relationships
- Comfortable with systems and data with strong accuracy
- Able to juggle priorities and keep things moving
- Proactive reliable and team-focused
- Motivated by purpose and making a genuine difference
