The Impact Youll Make
Youll help young people navigate one of the most importanttransitions in their lives moving from school into adulthood with greaterconfidence skills and independence.
Working closely with families schools employers and alliedhealth professionals youll create opportunities that empower participants tolearn grow and achieve their goals.

What Youll Be Doing

Deliver engaging group and one-on-one vocational training.
Support participants to identify goals strengths and career pathways.
Build strong relationships with families schools employers and community partners.
Coordinate work experience excursions and real-world learning opportunities.
Foster confidence independence and employability skills.
Maintain accurate participant records and documentation.
Use technology to enhance learning and engagement.

What Youll Bring

A genuine passion for supporting young people with disability.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or similar.
Experience delivering vocational employment or skills-based training.
Experience supporting people with disability.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence using technology and client management systems (Lumary experience highly regarded).
A person-centred approach and commitment to helping people achieve their goals.
