Then come join our team!An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Vocational Trainer and Assessor to join an established team of professionals in our busy RTO and play a vital role in the overall success of our Organisation.To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Experience conducting assessments in accordance with the Training package requirements including online submissions
• Previously deliveredIndividual Support Disability and/or Community Services training
• Links and current experience working within the Aged and/or Disability Care industry
• Be able to assist in the identification of employment opportunities
• Display strong initiative and a willingness to support and facilitate long term outcomes
• Ability to promote students to industry and employers

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or TAE40116 with the required units/upgrades as per Standards for RTOs 2025.
• Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability).
• Ability to participate in assessment validation moderation and continuous improvement activities.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements under the Standards for RTOs and Training Packages.
• Willingness to travel to Somerton Park at least once per week to support training and meet operational requirements.

A background working with disadvantaged clients would be strongly considered but is not essential. So if you are loyal ambitious and highly organised with excellent administrative computer and communication skills and are looking for your next challenge then this could be the role for you!
