In this role youll:

Working as part of a team delivering highquality consistent and strategically aligned visual engagement across Transport for NSW programs projects and initiatives
This role will see you lead and deliver complex and highprofile visual design work champion brand integrity and accessibility shape workflow and quality frameworks and uplift capability across the visual engagement team through expert creative direction and mentoring.

You will lead cohesive accessible and compelling visual storytelling and design standards in a complex fastpaced environment that balances creativity with brand accessibility governance and reputational risk requirements.

The role is offered on fixed term contract to 31st December 2027 and is located at our Elizabeth Street Sydney office.

About you

Your strong creative leadership design expertise and stakeholder engagement capability formed across visual communication graphic design digital design or creative leadership roles within government infrastructure or large complex organisations will see you excel in delivering highrisk and highprofile visual outputs embedding consistent standards mentoring practitioners and improving workflows to strengthen efficiency quality and alignment with strategic objectives. Youre recognized as a senior creative and visual engagement leader skilled at providing creative direction translating complex engagement strategies into clear visual narratives and assuring quality across teams and suppliers experienced in endtoend creative production brand system development and accessible design delivery at scale.
