At Highvaleyoullbe part of a supportive community that values respect dignity and meaningful part of our teamyoullhelp create a welcoming and engaging community supporting residents in their daily lives while promoting independence andassistingwith a variety of tasks across the village as a valued your duties will include:Building positive respectful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life and sense of belonging Conductingwelfare checks to ensure resident comfort and safety Responding to resident enquiriesandassistingwith meal delivery whererequiredResponding to call outsand initiating emergency services whererequiredUndertaking first aid whererequiredInitiating emergency services where requiredPerforming basic administrative tasks Assistingwith our colourful village events Providing assistancewith miscellaneous tasks around the village asdirected by managerShiftsShifts willmainly focuson afternoons extending into overnight (sleepover) shifts with regular weekend workrequired. There will also be opportunities to provide leave coverage across day afternoon/night shifts during the week along with availability for on-call encourage applicants who are flexible and able to work across afternoon sleepover and weekend shifts to hoursthroughout the weekare as follows:Day shift:7am 3pm Afternoon shift:3pm 9pmsleepover shift with the shift finishing at 7amAboutYouA professional and positive approach isrequiredat all times to ensure that all residents needs are met as well as having the following:Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse community Demonstrated customer service experience Exceptional interpersonal skillswith anapproachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents families and team members A current First Aid & CPRCertificate (or be willing to obtain) Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively The ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations Be highlymotivated and able to take initiative Have basic computer skillsReady to Join the FunIfyourecalm under pressure love a varied customer service role and are committed to creating a secure and caring environmentwedlove to hear from you.
