Rochford Place is a contemporary retirement village with a nourishing social scene and tranquil surrounds based in Western :Wednesday 9am to 5pmThursday 9am to 5pmIn this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents visitors and contractors. You will deliver exceptional customer service support the Village Manager across administrative and operational functions and help maintain a safe organised and engaging community Responsibilities:Providing professional courteous customer service to residents visitors and contractorsManaging reception duties and responding to incoming enquiriesSupporting the Village Manager with administrative tasks and daytoday operationsMaintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicing and purchase ordersBe creative in developing new content for resident engagement and communicationCoordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS compliancePreparing newsletters and community communicationsAssisting with the planning and coordination of community events and activitiesCarrying out adhoc operational or residentsupport duties as directed by the Village ManagerAbout You:For this role you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks. Your strong customer service skills will allow you to effectively consult with our residents and be successful in your application you will have the following;Administration and demonstrated customer service experienceDemonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and ability to pick up new systemsExperience with finance systems such as MS D365 (Training provided)Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse communityExceptional interpersonal skillswith a friendly approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents families and team membersBe highly organised and able to multitaskWillingness to learn and professionally developA professional initiative-taking and can-do attitudeCurrent First Aid/CPR Or willing to obtainCurrent Australian Drivers LicenceReady to Join the FunIf youre passionate about fostering a vibrant and caring community for independent seniors wed love to hear from you!
