VIC- Speech Pathologist | Regional & Remote Outreach | 4-Day Work Week

Were looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our national team. This is a high-trust high-autonomy role for someone who wants a small quality-focused caseload meaningful client relationships and the freedom to do your best clinical work with the structure and support to back you up.
Youll be supported by a connected national clinical leadership team offering supervision mentoring and career development while maintaining true work-life balance.
The Role
We have opportunities for Speech Pathologists at all levels including Senior Clinicians and those with leadership or management experience.
You will:
- Join a high-performing supportive national team of Speech Pathologists
- Travel by road and air to deliver outreach services in regional and remote communities
- Provide assessments intervention and ongoing therapy
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists Psychologists and other Speech Pathologists
- Support individuals and families with limited access to essential care
- Play a part in shaping the future of allied health delivery in regional Australia
How Your Week Works
- 4-day work week every Friday off
- Monday: Ground Day Work from home or the office with your team and Team Leader for admin planning reports professional development and collaboration
- Tuesday Thursday: Clinical Outreach Structured outreach to see regular clients on a fortnightly roster
- Overnight travel required Typically Tuesday and Wednesday nights up to 2 nights per week for 40 weeks per calendar year. All travel is arranged and managed by our Operations Team.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (mutually recognised)
- SPA registration or eligibility for registration
- Full Australian drivers licence
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as per the outreach roster
- A genuine passion for delivering healthcare to underserved regional and remote communities
- Senior clinical team leadership or management experience highly regarded please highlight this in your application
