As Venue Manager youll oversee daily operations lead and develop the team and ensure consistent high-quality service every night.

Essential requirements:

• 2 years of Management experience in a similar venue

• Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems

• Understanding of P&Ls COGs & GPs

• Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business

• Presence on the floor during peak service periods including late nights and weekends

• Write and control an effective roster

• Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss

• Hold a current RLMV & Approved Managers license
