Inspired by the streets of Seoul & Tokyo Mee So transports you to the hustle and bustle of these modern and intriguing cities all in the heart of Sydneys Surry Hills.
As our Venue Manager this hands-on leadership role is all about being at the heart of the action. Youll lead the day-to-day operations of Mee So alongside the hotels breakfast operations bringing energy personality and your own style while developing a passionate and high-performing team.
Youll play a key role in shaping the food and beverage experience across the hotel with a focus on beverage curation authentic service exceptional menu execution and creating memorable moments for every guest from the morning breakfast rush through to evenings at Mee So.
Qualifications :
Bring your own style to the table along with:
- Previous experience leading a fast-paced restaurant bar or hotel food and beverage operation
- A confident energetic and hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop your team
- Experience overseeing breakfast operations and delivering a consistent high-quality guest experience
- A genuine interest in Asian food and beverage trends with the curiosity to explore new ideas and experiences
- A guest-obsessed mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- The ability to balance operational performance service standards and a positive team culture
- Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays
- A valid NSW RSA
- Valid Australian working rights
