The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Estimator to join the team at SMART Laverton.

This is a Full-time position 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - No weekend work!

This role involves working with insurance companies customers and repair technicians to ensure precise estimates and quality service delivery.

What Youll Do:

  • Conducting thorough vehicle damage assessments and preparation of detailed repair estimates.
  • Utilisation of Audanet software for estimate preparation and documentation.
  • Perform comprehensive parts checks to verify availability and pricing.
  • Communication with insurance adjusters regarding claim details and repair procedures.
  • Coordinating with customers to explain repair processes and timelines.
  • Working closely with technicians to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Review and approval of supplement estimates as needed.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of collision repair estimating experience.
  • Proficiency with Audanet estimating software.
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • Good attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable hard working and a team player.
