UX (User Experience) Specialist and Strategist (Senior Consultant) Digital Engineering

The opportunity

We are looking for a UX (User Experience) Specialist and Strategist to help with leading the planning implementation and delivery of key digital initiatives across our clients customer-facing channels including the website apps and supporting platforms.

As a UX specialist and strategist you will provide specialist expertise in digital project delivery and user experience to ensure our clients digital products continue to meet customer needs accessibility standards and government requirements. This includes driving continuous improvement managing complex stakeholder environments and ensuring delivery outcomes aligned to strategic priorities.

This is a hybrid position based in Meanjin - Brisbane. This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end delivery of digital projects in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing expert advice on optimisation and continuous improvement of customer digital channels.
• Eliciting and translating clients business requirements into deliverable enhancements releases and testing activities.
• Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards digital service requirements and relevant legislation - across multiple industry standards relevant to our clients.
