About the role:

The UKG Pro WFM Delivery Lead manages large complex workforce management implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion. This role is a critical client-facing leadership position responsible for delivering UKG Pro WFM solutions on time within budget and to a high standard of quality while managing and mentoring a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of UKG Pro WFM implementation workstreams including Timekeeper Scheduling Absence Management and Activities.

• Assisting with requirements gathering design build deployment and support of the UKG Pro WFM solution to meet the unique needs of the client organization.

• Lead customer-facing design and configuration workshops across multiple business units documenting findings and deliverables

• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring to a team of onshore and offshore consultants reviewing deliverables for quality and consistency

• Act as the primary point of escalation for solution design issues working with the client and internal teams to resolve complex configuration and integration challenges

• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments UKG Partner

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different stakeholders including clients project team members and third-party vendors UKG Partner

• Support testing phases (SIT UAT PPRT) including defect triage prioritisation and resolution oversight

• Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies as needed to keep the project on track UKG Partner

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Workforce Management consulting with at least 5 years of hands-on UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) configuration and implementation experience across Timekeeper Scheduling and Absence Management

• Proven experience leading consulting teams and managing client relationships on large multi-phase implementation programs

• Strong understanding of payroll award/EA interpretation and pay rule configuration in complex enterprise environments

• Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
