What Youll Do
Lead and deliver high-impact transformation projects across service delivery IT People & Culture and corporate services.
Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute transformation activities aligned with strategic goals.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget and drive measurable benefits.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement operational excellence and innovation.
Support change management communication and capability-building activities to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate with a diverse team of project managers business partners and external stakeholders.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Business Project Management or related field.
57 years experience in end-to-end project management with a focus on enterprise transformation.
Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs withinaged care health community services or not-for-profit sectors.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.).
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications (PMP PRINCE2 Prosci AgilePM ITIL) are highly regarded.
